Happy New Year Everyone! Another year has come and gone
It blows my mind these days when I see or hear companies making a decision that EDI is an area where cutbacks can occur. In these times where Sales are down, productivity of staff is low, and staff cuts are a necessity; why would you ever cutback an area that is a designed to improve productivity thus reducing the costs of doing business. In my thinking, this is the time to grow your EDI program to its full extent. Below are some things to consider in expanding an EDI program.
